Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Hell
This variety is a light unfiltered German wheat ale with a strength of 5 degrees and an extractiveness of the initial
wort 11.8%.
Hefe-Weisse Hell includes pure water, wheat and barley malt, hops. As you can see, the manufacturer uses only traditional natural ingredients for brewing beer.
AleĀ is rich in golden color. When pouring into a glass, a luxurious foam hat forms. Foam drink has an interesting flavor, decorated with wheat, citrus, spicy and banana notes.
The taste is refreshing and light, which looks surprising enough for unfiltered beer. It forms an incredible combination of banana, clove, coriander, wheat and orange nuances. The aftertaste is full, pleasant and cereal.
Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel
It is a traditional unfiltered dark ale with an ethyl alcohol content of 5% and an initial wort density of 11.8%.
This Franciscaner beer is also brewed in strict accordance with the famous German law “On the purity of beer”, dated 1516 year. Its composition is different only by adding to the initial ingredients of burnt malt.
Foam drink has a rich dark brown hue. The fragrance is simply incredible. In it the most bizarre way intertwines spicy, fruit, malt and clove halftones. The taste is sweet and balanced with walnut, malt, apple, clove, chocolate, wheat and fruit notes. The aftertaste is dry and long.
Franziskaner Weissbier Kristallklar
It is a light filtered yaibier with a strength of 5 degrees and an extractiveness of the initial wort of 11.8%. This sort was created for all connoisseurs of a foamy drink, which did not suit the filtered brand of Franziskaner brand.
Weissbier Kristallklar is distinguished by the same impeccable classic composition of components.
Weissbier is distinguished by its crystal clearness, high carbonation and light golden color. A bouquet of a foamy drink is interesting with an easy bias in the confectionery theme. At the heart of the aroma lie pear and banana notes. The taste is fresh with a slight sourness. It surprisingly combines the bread and fruit nuances. In the aftertaste, the ball is ruled by a barely perceptible hop hopper and grain notes.
Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Leicht
It is a light light unfiltered beer of horse fermentation with a strength of 2.9 degrees and an initial wort density of 7.5%.
Foam drink is brewed with observance of all the best traditions of brewing in Germany. It perfectly quenches thirst and at the same time almost does not cause intoxication.
In addition, its distinctive feature is the low caloric content of beer. In 100 grams of Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Leicht beer contains only 25 kilocalories. This circumstance makes this variety extremely demanded among the fans of the foam drink, who are accustomed to watching the slenderness of the figure.
The Hefe-Weissbier Leicht has a golden color. In its aroma there are light citrus notes. The taste is light and fresh, filled with malt and fruit halftones.
Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Alkoholfrei
It is an excellent light wheat unfiltered beer of horse fermentation. The content of ethyl alcohol in it does not exceed 0.5%.
To date, in the category of non-alcoholic beer, Hefe-Weissbier Alkoholfrei, without a doubt, is one of the best existing products.
The technology of production of this beer is changed only in terms of removing from it an excessive amount of alcohol. At the same time, the foamy drink retains the wonderful aroma and taste of traditional German beer.
How to drink properly?
There are several elementary rules, the adherence to which allows you to get maximum pleasure from the tasting of Franziskaner beer.
1. The frothy beverage should be cooled to a temperature of 6 degrees Celsius. Only in this case you can enjoy the fullness of its flavor and taste.
2. Before pouring the beer over the glasses, a bottle of Franziskaner must be rolled over the table for 15-20 seconds. Such actions will help get rid of large gas bubbles and pick up a sediment from the bottom of the container, which contains the most useful substances.
Historical reference
The history of this brewing mark originates in the distant 1363 year. In the historical documents of that era, it was attested that a certain Ger Seidel Waterstarter was the master of the brewery, which was located in the glorious city of Munich near the Franciscan monastery.
In the fifties of the XIX century, the enterprise becomes the property of Augustine Sedlmaier – the son of the owner of the brewery Shpaten.
In 1865, the brewery was named Franziskaner-Leist.
In 1935, an actual enterprise logo was created today, depicting a burly Franciscan monk armed with a large beer mug. This trademark belongs to the brush of the artist Ludwig Holwain.
